📋 Description

• Building, enhancing, and sustaining business connections within the construction industry, along with associations, trade organizations, and chambers.

• Delivering personalized, written, and telephonic assistance to private clients in the construction field.

• Overseeing, developing, and optimizing existing commercial client relationships.

• Attracting new clients through various channels in close collaboration with sales teams.

• Managing public relations initiatives and providing regional support to construction partners and relevant entities.

• Engaging in active selling via personal interactions as well as video, telephone, and online consultations.

• Creating, planning, and organizing customer events.

• Systematically enhancing market share through focused acquisition of new clients.

• Maintaining a high standard of consulting through organized annual reviews and comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an Insurance and Finance Services Specialist (m/f/d), a certified insurance and finance specialist, or a similar qualification.

• Professional experience in the construction industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with regional markets, construction projects, and customer relationships is advantageous.

• Strong initiative in sales and business development.

• Excellent service and customer orientation.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication platforms.
