This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit agents and partners for sales channels.

• Execute cold-calling campaigns, webinars, video conferences, social media outreach, and managed prospecting initiatives.

• Market Telesystem products and services to small and medium-sized businesses.

• Generate new business leads and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

• Organize and engage in local agent activities alongside National Channel Managers.

• Develop new business opportunities and locations.

• Sustain and enhance relationships with existing customers, contracts, and businesses through proactive communication.

• Serve as the customers’ advocate within the Telesystem organization.

• Promote Telesystem products and services to both new and existing clientele.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, service qualifications, and sales-related documentation.

• Prepare customer solution quotes and cost analyses based on assessments and existing-provider solutions.

• Adhere to company policies, Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines, safety regulations, and maintain a drug-free workplace.

• Collaborate with agents, customers, Sales Administration, Sales Implementation, Sales Engineering, Customer Service/Business Relations, Accounting, and Billing departments.

• Execute miscellaneous departmental duties as necessary.

• Report directly to the Sales Manager without having any direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quota-based sales — Required.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goals and ensuring client satisfaction — Required.

• Experience in telecom business-to-business sales — Strongly Preferred.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in General Business or Business Administration — Preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management — Preferred.

• Background record that aligns with Company standards.

• Reliable transportation at all times.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Ability to safeguard the confidentiality of financial and other sensitive information.

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards at all times.

• Capability to pass mandatory pre-employment and random drug screenings.

• Ability to fulfill the physical demands listed, including walking, kneeling, standing, stooping, sitting, driving, hearing, talking, vision tasks, and manual dexterity.

• Ability to occasionally lift weights as specified ("XX lbs.").

• Flexibility to work variable hours based on departmental requirements.

• Commitment to adhere to drug-free workplace programs and policies.
