This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +1 more country.
• Propel sustainable growth of the dPCR and NGS portfolio by managing distributors and channel partners within designated markets.
• Formulate and implement joint business plans that encompass sales objectives, pipeline development activities, partner training initiatives, and market growth strategies.
• Discover and convert new business prospects in the research, biopharma, clinical, public health, and emerging genomics sectors.
• Oversee sales performance, forecasting, pipeline evaluations, and commercial growth strategies to meet regional revenue goals.
• Empower distributor sales and application teams through product training, coaching, value proposition creation, and commercial advice.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Applications, R&D, and Commercial teams to facilitate product launches, demand generation, and market expansion efforts.
• Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitive changes, while providing actionable business insights and recommendations to global stakeholders.
• A Master's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or commercial operations within the life sciences, genomics, molecular diagnostics, or biotechnology sectors.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with distributors or indirect sales channels across various international markets.
• Strong understanding of PCR and/or NGS technologies and their applications.
• Familiarity with digital PCR solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capability in forming strategic partnerships, driving commercial growth, and managing complex sales scenarios.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management competencies.
• Ability to engage effectively with both scientific and business audiences.
• Proficient in English language skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in additional European languages would be advantageous.
• Ideally located in Austria or Poland; other locations may be considered if feasible.
