This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Build and manage a high-achieving commercial team within the Rapid Diagnostics sector.
β’ Formulate regional strategies to enhance market adoption.
β’ Propel commercial success within NHS and private healthcare environments.
β’ Discover growth opportunities and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
β’ Meet regional sales revenue targets through an efficient regional strategy.
β’ Oversee, motivate, and support the Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and Product Application Support teams.
β’ Cultivate relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers in key accounts.
β’ Identify collaboration opportunities with the NHS and the private sector.
β’ Recruit, allocate, and reallocate staff within the designated geographical area.
β’ Create local sales solutions and strategies in conjunction with the UK Head of Sales.
β’ Steer account management for key accounts, including coordination, planning, and resource distribution.
β’ Execute and evaluate marketing strategies and promotional initiatives across the product range.
β’ Ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning, and funnel management.
β’ Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting accountability for SFE and commercial KPIs.
β’ Manage talent and succession planning for the commercial team.
β’ Extensive commercial leadership experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare Technology, or Life Sciences.
β’ Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare market, encompassing NHS procurement and private healthcare frameworks.
β’ Experience in leading geographically dispersed sales teams.
β’ Proven history of achieving profitable growth and surpassing commercial objectives.
β’ Demonstrable proficiency in strategic account management and engaging complex stakeholders.
β’ Significant experience in contract negotiations, managed services, and long-term commercial partnerships.
β’ Exceptional financial, commercial, and business planning skills.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to achieve results by influencing others and leading a team.
β’ Ability to sustain positive relationships and develop strong connections with all departments.
β’ Self-motivated with adaptability and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
β’ Excellent organizational, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
