
Regional Business Director – Multi-Cancer Early Detection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Drive sales revenue, adoption, and growth for Caris Detect in the region.
• Align national objectives with regional implementation while gathering market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics, pipeline status, and utilization trends within the region.
• Develop and oversee Quarterly Business Reviews concentrating on sales strategies, forecasting, results, and growth initiatives.
• Build, train, and manage a sales team consisting of 6–9 Account Managers and Early Detection Specialists.
• Ensure accountability for clinical selling, strategic account planning, and executive engagement.
• Lead engagement strategies for DTP and DTC to influence clinical decision-making and incorporate Caris Detect into care pathways.
• Stay informed about internal and competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing processes.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Laboratory, IT, and Payer teams.
• Submit travel, activity, expense, service, and other administrative reports accurately and promptly.
• Maintain assigned company assets in compliance with company policies.
• Provide support for meetings and trade shows.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (life sciences, business, or a related field).
• Over 5 years of experience in early detection, oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or complex healthcare sales.
• More than 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience with direct responsibility for team performance.
• Strong comprehension of physician relationships, clinical requirements, and oncology care solutions.
• Proven track record in managing strategic or enterprise healthcare accounts successfully.
• Capability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly self-motivated with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven skills in problem management, process analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of healthcare-related business policies and practices.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance that meets Caris requirements.
• Willingness to spend approximately 50% of the time in the field meeting with direct reports, clients, and prospects.
• Occasional travel may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process is necessary.
• Completion of assigned job-specific, safety, and compliance training is required.
• Target incentive may apply; the pay ratio between base salary and target incentive will be finalized at the time of the offer.
