Regional Alumni Engagement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with Compassion alumni across specific countries in Asia.

• Organize alumni consultations, forums, and leadership discussions.

• Assist in establishing governance structures, leadership teams, and operational frameworks.

• Aid alumni leaders in formulating actionable strategies and plans for their networks.

• Create and facilitate opportunities for leadership development and capacity building.

• Enhance collaboration and knowledge-sharing among alumni across various countries.

• Develop tools, resources, and guidance materials to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Support the evolution toward alumni-led networks capable of thriving independently over time.

• Collaborate closely with Compassion’s Asia Regional Office, National Offices, church partners, and alumni leaders.

• Report directly to the Director of Program Operations for the Asia Region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in community mobilization, network development, alumni engagement, movement building, or similar fields.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience in engaging diverse stakeholders and leading initiatives across various cultures or countries.

• Capability to think strategically while effectively executing plans.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• A genuine passion for empowering young individuals, churches, and communities.

• Background in faith-based organizations, nonprofits, church ministries, or community development initiatives is highly desirable.
