This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the primary liaison and manage relationships within the assigned regional territory.
• Focus on Regional Health Club Accounts, YMCA’s, and other specified accounts.
• Offer sales support in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Create strategic plans to enhance the Vision brand within potential accounts.
• Coordinate the execution of strategies and tactical plans with Vision and Johnson Commercial Fitness Account Managers.
• Track monthly new-opportunity volume and the overall pipeline for assigned account opportunities.
• Supply Product Management with insights regarding products, markets, and customer feedback.
• Consistently provide management with precise reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Adhere to all associated procedures and policies.
• Participate in periodic industry trade shows.
• Complete additional projects as required.
• Travel to client locations and potentially demonstrate, inspect, troubleshoot, or assist with fitness equipment installation.
• An Associate's degree is mandatory, or a high school diploma/equivalent with relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of industry experience as a proven producer is required.
• Sales forecasting and reporting skills are essential.
• Familiarity with the commercial fitness industry; dues-paying facilities or vertical market is required.
• Preferably 2 years or more of account sales experience with YMCA and/or JCCA.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer is required.
• Software experience with CRM (SFDC), Auto Sketch, or similar platforms is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks to drive on behalf of the company.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time is required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Capability to view and read computer monitor information and perform close-vision tasks.
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or otherwise move around the workplace.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Capacity to lift, move, push, pull, or carry fitness equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain focus, pay attention to detail, reason, analyze information, and make prompt, sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while interacting professionally with colleagues, leadership, and external partners.
• For remote work: must have a designated professional, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace.
• For remote work: reliable high-speed internet access is required.
• For remote work: computer camera must be on during scheduled team and one-on-one meetings unless otherwise directed.
