This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the primary point of contact and cultivate relationships within the specified regional territory.
• Oversee Health Club and YMCA account segments.
• Execute sales-related tasks for Regional Health Club Accounts, YMCA’s, and other assigned accounts.
• Deliver sales support in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Formulate strategic plans to enhance the Vision brand in prospective accounts.
• Coordinate the implementation of strategies and tactical execution with Vision and Johnson Commercial Fitness Account Managers.
• Track monthly new-opportunity volume and the overall opportunity pipeline for assigned accounts.
• Supply Product Management with insights on products, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Provide management with accurate and timely reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Adhere to relevant procedures and policies.
• Participate in occasional industry trade shows.
• Complete additional projects as required.
• Travel to customer locations and may demonstrate, inspect, troubleshoot, or assist with fitness equipment installation.
• An associate's degree is mandatory, or a high school diploma/equivalent with relevant experience will be accepted in place of a degree.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience with a proven track record is required.
• Sales forecasting and reporting skills are essential.
• A solid understanding of the commercial fitness industry, including dues-paying facilities or vertical markets, is necessary.
• Preferably, 2 years or more of sales experience with YMCA and/or JCCA accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer is required.
• Experience with CRM software (SFDC), Auto Sketch, or similar tools is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel purposes.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record checks to drive on behalf of the company.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to view and read information on a computer monitor and perform close-vision tasks.
• Physical ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move around the workplace.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds, and up to 50 pounds during customer-site activities.
• Capability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to reason, analyze information, and make prompt sound decisions.
• Competence to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Arrangements for appropriate childcare or dependent care during scheduled work hours are necessary.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• A designated professional, quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
• Reliable high-speed internet access for video conferencing and business applications.
• Computer camera may remain on during scheduled meetings as directed.
