This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take charge of acquiring and finalizing new business opportunities within designated geographic territories and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based personnel, tailoring strategies to fit different personas.
• Work in collaboration with sales leadership and supporting sales teams to devise acquisition strategies and manage the pipeline.
• Appropriately implement the “zippered” sales technique.
• Identify new customers and strategically follow up on prospect touchpoints.
• Develop relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Formulate and execute a tailored outreach micro-strategy for each prospective client.
• Plan and monitor the cadence of prospect touchpoints.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Create outbound email campaigns using CRM software and assess their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly targets and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional internal resources to successfully close business deals.
• Implement strategic selling techniques in alignment with Tenna’s sales methodology.
• Clearly communicate the value of Tenna’s products to potential customers.
• Travel to engage with prospects, network, sell, and meet potential customers on-site.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience selling enterprise software within the construction or related sectors.
• Proven track record of success in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Over 7 years of experience managing all stages of the sales cycle, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• More than 7 years of experience performing targeted searches and research to qualify and convert sales leads.
• Familiarity with selling to and engaging with C-level executives, VPs, and field staff.
• Experience in quota-carrying positions that consistently deliver revenue growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly business objectives.
• Willingness to travel frequently for prospecting, networking, and sales, up to 70% of the time.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations using platforms like WebEx and Zoom.
• Exceptional verbal communication abilities, especially in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Understanding of the needs of prospective clients within complex buying organizations.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is strongly preferred.
