This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of acquiring and finalizing new business within designated geographic regions and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based personnel, tailoring strategies to suit different personas.
• Partner with sales leadership and supporting sales teams to develop acquisition strategies and manage the sales pipeline.
• Identify potential new customers and strategically follow up on initial touchpoints.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective customers via phone, email, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Design and implement outreach micro-strategies while tracking interactions with prospects.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts following company protocols.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Create outbound email campaigns in CRM software and assess their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly targets and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional internal resources to secure new business.
• Clearly communicate product value to potential customers.
• Travel frequently for prospecting, networking, selling, and face-to-face customer meetings.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling enterprise software to the construction or related sectors.
• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• At least 7 years’ experience managing all phases of the sales cycle, including developing relationships, contract negotiations, and closing sales.
• Over 7 years’ experience conducting targeted searches and inquiries to research, qualify, and convert sales leads.
• Extensive experience in engaging with and presenting to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
• Significant experience in quota-carrying roles consistently achieving revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly business objectives.
• Strong experience with frequent travel for prospecting, networking, and sales, up to 70% of the time.
• Experience leading both virtual and in-person product demonstrations using platforms such as WebEx and Zoom.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Understanding of the needs of prospective customers within complex buying organizations.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is highly preferred.
