Referral Relations Specialist, SUD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the client journey from initial contact until the commencement of care.

• Act as the liaison among referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team.

• Keep referral partners updated on the status of referred clients.

• Collaborate with the Outreach team to facilitate clients' progress toward treatment.

• Provide coaching on pipeline strategies to ensure Outreach remains focused on the field.

• Identify obstacles to care and escalate recurring issues.

• Manage client rescheduling and follow-up on stalled care.

• Work alongside the SUD-focused Outreach and Admissions teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in a client-facing role, especially within the mental health sector.

• Capability to assist with pipeline management during essential Central Time and West Coast hours (11am to 7pm ET).

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Fluency in English, either as a native speaker or bilingual.

• Familiarity with and willingness to utilize cloud-based communication tools, such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and Salesforce.

• Regular use of EMR and survey software.
