Referral Relations Specialist – SUD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client experience from the initial contact until the commencement of care

• Act as the liaison among referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team

• Keep referral partners updated on the status of referred clients

• Collaborate with the Outreach team to facilitate clients' progress toward treatment

• Provide coaching on pipeline strategies to ensure the Outreach team remains focused on field activities

• Recognize obstacles to care and report recurring issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in a client-facing position, especially within the mental health sector

• Capacity to manage pipeline activities during critical Central Time and West Coast time hours (11am to 7pm ET)

• Valid work authorization in the United States

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English

• Comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, EMR software, and survey tools on a daily basis
