Referral Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify, nurture, and sustain relationships with referral sources such as support coordination agencies, educational institutions, and community partners.

• Schedule and perform in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with partner organizations.

• Attend and organize community events to represent Abound and enhance brand visibility in the IDD, Pediatric PDN, and Personal Care sectors.

• Generate new client referrals and cultivate warm leads.

• Ensure efficient communication and transition to intake and care coordination teams.

• Monitor referral activity, conversion rates, outcomes, and trends utilizing OnTarget, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.

• Provide continuous support to referral partners, including performance updates, member outcome information, and resolution of any concerns.

• Ensure adherence to ethical referral practices, healthcare regulations, and internal policies.

• Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business development, outreach, referral relations, or community engagement, ideally within healthcare, human services, or IDD/PDN programs.

• Direct experience in the Pennsylvania IDD, Pediatric PDN, or Personal Care communities is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing referral data, tracking KPIs, and reporting on performance trends.

• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems, including Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platforms.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple contacts, visits, and deadlines effectively.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for community visits and events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time across Pennsylvania.
