This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Recruit patients for a variety of clinical studies.

• Reach out to referrals generated through marketing and outreach initiatives.

• Identify potentially eligible patients from the internal database.

• Assist in determining which studies patients may qualify for.

• Schedule initial visits for patients at clinic facilities.

• Keep an updated tracker of scheduled patients and their visit outcomes.

• Follow up with patients as needed.

• Comprehend assigned studies by reviewing protocols, resource materials, and attending training sessions.

• Build and enhance the site’s patient recruitment database.

• Discover and apply new patient recruitment techniques.

• Communicate with new potential patients and maintain contact with existing database patients.

• Perform other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Central Florida.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field is preferred, or relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research settings.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably in a medical or health provider setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of completing training and adhering to study protocols.

• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to engage with a diverse patient demographic.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
