Recruitment Internship – Fresh Graduate, Work Experience Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Participate in remote, home-based training while working on live recruitment projects under guidance.

• Identify candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and various online platforms.

• Evaluate CVs against job specifications and create a shortlist of qualified candidates.

• Keep candidate records updated in the recruitment management system.

• Initiate contact with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Provide details about job roles, salary ranges, locations, and the recruitment process.

• Organize interviews and manage follow-up communications.

• Accurately update the statuses of candidates.

• Share daily progress reports.

• Assist with interview scheduling and necessary documentation.

• Adhere to internal standard operating procedures, timelines, and confidentiality guidelines.
