This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Manage the selection procedure by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market analysis and continuous bench management.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present qualified individuals for open roles and address any objections that may arise during the hiring process.
• Advise client hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation, and recruitment methodologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring objectives.
• Update and maintain data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and any related administrative documentation.
• Actively engage with the recruiting team and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing candidates, while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting landscape.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and goals, along with the capacity to implement feedback for optimal results.
• Ability to confidently articulate the status of the recruiting pipeline to others.
• Strong client orientation and commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Capability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to adjust when priorities change.
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a solid presence on social media.
