Recruitment and Selection Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluating and analyzing resumes

• Advertising job openings

• Actively sourcing candidates and identifying talent

• Reaching out to and engaging with potential candidates

• Organizing and coordinating interview schedules and follow-ups

• Assisting the team with various recruitment activities and requests

• Involved in recruitment processes across multiple departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program

• Strong desire to learn, curiosity, and a sincere interest in people and the HR sector

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, for 6 hours each day, either in the morning or afternoon
