This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a global team of Recruiting Coordinators across EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
• Supervise interview scheduling and recruitment coordination operations.
• Create, implement, and enhance scalable coordination processes, workflows, and best practices across regions.
• Establish and track key operational metrics to promote efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, adherence to processes, and effective utilization of ATS, scheduling, and recruiting tools.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet hiring objectives and priorities.
• Manage coordination for intricate hiring activities, including executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruitment events.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that enhance recruiting operations, scalability, and candidate experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, including team leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting global hiring operations across various regions.
• Strong background in interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS systems.
• Proven experience in developing or refining processes, KPIs, and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience in high-volume, complex, or executive hiring is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
