This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee recruiting functions throughout the entire hiring process.
• Utilize feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners, along with recruiting analytics, to pinpoint challenges, test enhancements, and evaluate outcomes.
• Develop and maintain recruiting playbooks, instructional materials, templates, and documentation that meets audit standards.
• Manage approved headcount and coordinate requisition approvals in collaboration with Talent leadership, Finance, and business executives.
• Assess requisitions and offers for thoroughness, necessary approvals, and budget consistency.
• Administer, configure, report on, and enhance the applicant tracking system.
• Direct assigned hiring processes from the initial intake phase to offer coordination.
• Design and implement recruiting programs to fortify talent pipelines.
• Provide expertise, guidance, and resources to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead or contribute to initiatives across recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition operations, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, including process design, requisition and offer workflows, headcount tracking, hiring compliance, and candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Experience in administering and enhancing an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to learn system configurations, reporting tools, and integrations with ease.
• Previous experience with Paycom or Rippling ATS is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment with the ability to identify risks and guide stakeholders towards consistent practices.
• Strong project leadership and continuous improvement abilities.
• Clear and collaborative communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across Talent, Finance, and business teams.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and supporting or leading searches from intake to offer.
• Comfortable working with recruiting data and generating reports.
• Service-oriented and adaptable mindset.
• Less than 25% travel required.
