This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee recruiting operations throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Utilize feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners, along with recruiting data, to pinpoint challenges and evaluate improvements.
• Develop and sustain recruiting playbooks, training resources, templates, and documentation that is ready for audits.
• Manage approved headcount and coordinate requisition approvals based on budget.
• Collaborate with Talent leadership, Finance, and business leaders to ensure hiring aligns with workforce strategies.
• Assess requisitions and offers for thoroughness, necessary approvals, and budget conformity.
• Oversee, configure, report on, and enhance the applicant tracking system.
• Direct assigned hiring processes from initial intake to offer coordination.
• Design and implement recruiting programs to bolster talent pipelines.
• Provide expertise and resources to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead or contribute to projects across recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition operations, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruiting operations, including process design, requisition and offer workflows, headcount tracking, hiring compliance, and candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Proven experience in administering and enhancing an applicant tracking system.
• Willingness to learn system configurations, reporting tools, and integrations.
• Previous experience with Paycom or Rippling ATS is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound judgment with the ability to identify risks and guide stakeholders toward consistent practices.
• Strong project leadership abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Clear, collaborative communication skills with the capacity to build trusted relationships.
• Experience working with hiring managers and supporting or leading searches from intake to offer.
• Comfortable engaging with recruiting data and reports.
