Recruiter, Global Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, and extending offers.

• Recruit candidates across all levels, from entry-level to mid-level, for the Global Operations division, encompassing Community Support.

• Develop candidate pipelines for various roles across multiple teams and regions.

• Promote inclusion by creating diverse candidate pipelines starting from the top of the recruitment funnel.

• Collaborate with Talent Partners, hiring managers, People Operations, and Finance to formulate hiring strategies and plans.

• Influence organizational leaders and educate managers on effective interviewing practices and decision-making processes.

• Provide outstanding candidate experiences and introduce innovations throughout the interview process.

• Accurately document candidate information and utilize systems to generate reports.

• Identify and attract talent through inventive and creative methods.

• Represent Airbnb with professionalism and integrity, articulating its mission with enthusiasm and authenticity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience is essential.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Capability to manage a substantial number of rapidly changing open positions with short time-to-fill objectives.

• Proven ability to deliver a personalized experience for senior executives, stakeholders, and candidates.

• Demonstrated success in identifying, assessing, and securing exceptional candidates in competitive talent markets.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and influential leadership abilities.

• Capacity to operate in an environment marked by significant ambiguity and rapid growth.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the capability to manage multiple searches concurrently under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and Gem is advantageous.

• Experience utilizing AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to create recruiting automations and streamline workflows is a plus.

• Proficiency in English and French OR Spanish is a plus.
