Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the complete recruiting cycle for diverse positions across portfolio companies, ranging from entry-level operational roles to corporate and executive-level positions, including challenging and specialized roles.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various advanced sourcing tools.

• Build and sustain long-term talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies for niche or competitive talent markets.

• Oversee candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and organized pipelines.

• Achieve recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and quality of hire.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Proven track record of recruiting for U.S.-based companies — Required.

• Experience in recruiting for property management or real estate firms — Highly preferred.

• Documented success in recruiting for executive-level and niche-profile positions.

• Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.

• Experience in advising senior stakeholders and functioning as a strategic talent partner.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with Workable is a plus.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to consistently work during EST hours.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up capabilities.
