This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Deliver clinical interventions to individuals dealing with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and mental health conditions.
• Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary sessions, which include shared medical appointments and support groups focused on SUD-related subjects.
• Apply Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in both group and individual settings.
• Provide evidence-based SUD services through a variety of formats such as psychoeducational, skills development, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal process, and support-based groups.
• Prepare documentation in compliance with relevant organizational and state regulations.
• Conduct evaluations for members looking to enroll in various programs.
• Diagnose and treat both adults and adolescents.
• Function as a clinician or coach based on the situation's demands.
• Achieve daily goals set by Behavioral Health leadership.
• Engage in meetings, supervision, and clinical audits.
• Uphold confidentiality standards, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part II regulations.
• Collaborate with the Grants and Research team on grant evaluations, re-evaluations, and other grant-related needs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Independent clinical licensure in the state of Illinois is required (LCSW or LMFT).
• Master’s degree is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is essential; training in Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) is an advantage.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in providing SUD services within inpatient or outpatient environments.
• Ability to manage crisis intervention remotely.
• Experience and a genuine passion for leading therapeutic group sessions.
• Competence and readiness to work independently in an online setting.
• Familiarity with Google Drive, spreadsheets, documentation, video conferencing, and secure email communication.
• Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and reliability are crucial.
• A strong enthusiasm for transforming the approach to addiction treatment is necessary.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and potential weekend group sessions.
