Reconciliation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Reconcile clinical trial receivables to guarantee that final invoicing to pharmaceutical companies is precise and timely.

• Align Sarah Cannon financial study data from various sources.

• Analyze and interpret contracts and budgets.

• Collaborate with operations and other departments to address discrepancies.

• Address information inquiries from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations, and Management.

• Examine contracted revenue triggers to assess eligibility for reimbursement.

• Ensure that processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance within a medical, clinical trial research, or healthcare-related setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly with advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience with financial accounting software such as QuickBooks.

• Understanding of research methodologies to analyze and evaluate financial data and information.

• Must reside in the US.
