Reconciliation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Perform reconciliation of clinical trial receivables to guarantee accurate and prompt final billing to pharmaceutical companies.

• Reconcile financial study data from Sarah Cannon across various sources.

• Review and interpret contracts and budgets effectively.

• Collaborate with operations and other departments to address variances.

• Address information requests from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations, and Management.

• Analyze revenue triggers outlined in contracts to assess reimbursement eligibility.

• Ensure that processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met.

• Undertake additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance within a medical, clinical trial research, or healthcare-related setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly with advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with financial accounting systems such as QuickBooks.

• Understanding of research methodologies to analyze and assess financial data and information.

• Must be located in the United States.
