This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations to support OTSG/MEDCOM reporting and analysis.
• Formulate KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and analytical visualizations that align with the Medical Readiness mission.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI and other BI/analytics tools to convert complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Perform statistical analyses, identify trends and patterns, interpret findings, and propose solutions.
• Address ad hoc data inquiries, data requests, project analyses, and analytical support needs.
• Collect and consolidate information from databases, spreadsheets, and organizational data stores.
• Design, document, maintain, and enhance data analysis and BI processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity prior to integration and delivery.
• Evaluate team members' BI submissions and outputs for compliance with established standards.
• Detect data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and risks, coordinating corrective measures.
• Standardize BI outputs and maintain organized BI files, repositories, storage environments, and sharing capabilities.
• Set timelines, milestones, delivery dates, and schedules for dashboard updates.
• Review project and facility data that supports the Facilities Investment Plan and Army real property initiatives.
• Analyze and confirm facility information within relevant Army Real Property Systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Army Real Property data, systems, processes, and reporting.
• Secure and maintain access to relevant real property systems, including DAIS, GFEBS, HWIID, ISR, ePRISMS, LOGICOLE, FROID, ASIP, BUILDER, Vantage, and RPLANS.
• Collect stakeholder business requirements and translate mission needs into BI solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for BI-related support under the contract.
• Collaborate with the Contract Program Manager and Data Analysts to refine specifications, processes, instructions, and deliverables.
• Convey analytical information to senior leadership, government stakeholders, colleagues, and project teams.
• Prepare and present briefings, presentations, and demonstrations both virtually and in person.
• Train, lead, mentor, and assist team members on Power BI, dashboard development, data integration, BI deliverables, and Real Property Systems initiatives.
• Support analytical tasks, dashboard specifications, project milestones, and deadlines.
• Work with the Program Manager to address data integration risks, project challenges, and delivery requirements.
• Facilitate program execution through analytical research, data requests, reporting, and special projects.
• Ensure deliverables are precise, standardized, timely, and in accordance with government requirements.
• Travel to various CONUS locations as needed to support program execution.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Research Analyst, or in a comparable analytical position.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven expertise in Business Intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis, dataset analysis, data visualization, Microsoft Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to analyze complex information, interpret results, identify trends, and formulate recommendations.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating information from databases, spreadsheets, and other repositories.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders, program managers, analysts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport for commercial airfare travel.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must maintain broadband internet service with a minimum of 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload for remote work; some positions may require 200–300 Mbps download / 25–35 Mbps upload.
• Cellular hotspot or fixed wireless cellular services cannot be utilized as a primary connection.
