πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assess and address intricate real estate challenges.

β€’ Offer specialized advice and practical real estate assistance to support the client’s objectives.

β€’ Execute public records investigations, analyze business cases and alternatives, and conduct stakeholder assessments.

β€’ Create budgets and timelines.

β€’ Carry out real estate clearance tasks, including site permitting, leasing, licensing, and aid in the acquisition of fees and easements.

β€’ Support nationwide technology construction, installation, deployment, and associated maintenance activities.

β€’ Assist a federal agency in overseeing its real estate demands and portfolio.

β€’ Assess client needs and identify, recommend, and implement sanctioned real estate solutions.

β€’ Lead negotiations for leases, licenses, rights of entry, and permits.

β€’ Organize meetings to formulate and implement real estate strategies.

β€’ Provide full-time assistance to federal agency program management offices located in Washington, DC.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is necessary or relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

β€’ Preferred: 5+ years of experience in supporting federal property real estate programs.

β€’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively in both team settings and independent environments.

β€’ Extensive experience in real estate research and analysis, encompassing maps, plans, surveys, legal descriptions, sales contracts, deeds, leases, licenses, and permits.

β€’ Experience in developing real estate action plans, decision briefs, and progress reports, including input on budgets and schedules.

β€’ Background in drafting, negotiating, and monitoring land-use agreements such as sales contracts, leases, licenses, permits, and rights of entry.

β€’ Experience collaborating with project managers, environmental specialists, engineers, GIS experts, and real estate attorneys.

β€’ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro.

β€’ Moderate travel may be necessary.

β€’ Must fulfill eligibility criteria for a U.S. Government security clearance; only U.S. Citizens are qualified.

β€’ Must possess or be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
