This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create a portfolio of properties designated for short-term rental management in your vicinity.

• Seek out and proactively engage with property owners.

• Convince property owners to trust you with the management of their assets.

• Negotiate and finalize property management agreements.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance service providers.

• Maintain relationships with property owners and guests.

• Expand the client portfolio to generate consistent monthly income.

• Independently manage your schedule between partial remote work and on-site activities.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their business performance.
