This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties that you manage in your local area.

• Locate property owners and convince them to allow you to manage their properties.

• Negotiate and finalize property management contracts with owners.

• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance service providers.

• Maintain relationships with both property owners and guests.

• Expand the client portfolio to create a steady source of monthly income.

• Independently organize your schedule, balancing remote work with on-site activities.

• Utilize the ALB platform for real-time request tracking and operations management.

• During absences, delegate the management of your property portfolio to the ALB network.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your mentorship and earn commissions based on their performance.
