This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of properties designated for short-term rental management in your locality.

• Identify and actively seek out property owners.

• Convince owners to entrust you with the management of their properties.

• Negotiate and finalize property management agreements.

• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance service providers.

• Manage relationships with both property owners and guests.

• Expand the client portfolio to ensure a steady monthly income.

• Arrange your schedule flexibly between partial remote work and on-site tasks.
