Real Estate Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales representative in your local area

• Identify and reach out to property owners

• Persuade owners to trust you with the management of their properties

• Negotiate and finalize property management contracts

• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance service providers

• Manage relationships with both property owners and guests

• Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management

• Independently organize your schedule between remote work and field activities

• Recruit and possibly refer City Managers

• Oversee and monitor your activities through the ALB platform
