• Create a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management within your locality

• Locate owners of apartments, houses, villas, and distinctive accommodations

• Convince property owners to allow you to manage their properties

• Negotiate and finalize property management agreements

• Organize cleaning and maintenance services

• Manage relationships with both property owners and guests

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance
