This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as ALB’s sales representative in your region

• Proactively seek out and target property owners

• Convince owners to trust ALB with the management of their properties

• Negotiate and finalize property management contracts

• Oversee cleaning and maintenance service providers

• Maintain relationships with property owners and guests

• Develop a client portfolio that generates steady monthly income

• Organize your schedule with flexibility between remote work and field tasks

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance
