Real Estate Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties that you will manage in your local area.

• Identify and proactively reach out to property owners.

• Convince owners to allow you to manage their properties.

• Negotiate and finalize property management contracts.

• Coordinate services for cleaning and maintenance.

• Foster and manage relationships with both property owners and guests.

• Expand your client base to create a steady stream of monthly income.

• Organize your workload independently, balancing remote tasks with fieldwork.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn a commission from their activities.
