Real Estate Photographer, Media Specialist – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Capture exceptional quality photography of both interior and exterior real estate properties.

• Conduct video walkthroughs to showcase properties.

• Take aerial photographs and videos to enhance listings.

• Create immersive 3D virtual tours for clients.

• Oversee daily shooting schedules effectively.

• Maintain clear communication with clients while on-site.

• Upload raw media files by 9:00 PM EST on the same day.

• Travel to designated job locations within the coverage area and nearby counties.

• Provide digital services, including floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, videography, and aerial drone media.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate photography, videography, and drone operations.

• An active FAA Part 107 License is required at the time of hire.

• Possession of a full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera body.

• An ultra-wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm equivalent) is necessary.

• A sturdy tripod is required for stability.

• A flash/lighting setup is essential.

• A video-capable camera body with a motorized 3-axis gimbal is needed.

• A drone is necessary for aerial work.

• A 360-degree camera compatible with Zillow 3D Home is required.

• High-speed internet access for daily uploads is essential.

• A smartphone and dependable personal transportation are required.

• A strong eye for detail, composition, and lighting is crucial.

• Must be extremely reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and highly communicative.

• Professional presentation and strong customer service skills are necessary on-site.

• Submission of a resume and a real estate/architectural portfolio, website, or video reel is required.

• Proof of required equipment and FAA licensing must be provided.

• Previous experience with Matterport, Zillow 3D, and 2D floor plan generation is preferred.

• Knowledge of advanced ambient/flash photography techniques, such as Flambient, is beneficial.

• Experience in video editing is a plus.

• This role is strictly for Independent Contract (1099) work only.
