• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge services enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a concierge services operation in your locality.

• Seek out and secure agreements with property owners wishing to delegate the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally, create a network of City Managers under your sponsorship.
