📋 Description

• Initiate and grow your personal property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the concierge services within your local area.

• Identify and connect with property owners to secure management agreements.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Oversee operations and property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform.

• Must hold an independent / freelance status.

• Capability to influence property owners and establish trust.

• Drive to cultivate an entrepreneurial venture.

• Self-sufficient, with the ability to utilize a structured network effectively.

• Interest in creating a stable, long-term income stream.

• Background in real estate, sales, or a related field is beneficial, yet not mandatory.
