📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Create and grow your property concierge business within your community.

• Identify and secure property owners who are interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% to 85% of the concierge commissions generated by your business.
