📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance the concierge services business within your local community.

• Identify and secure property owners interested in entrusting their property management to you.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially create a network of City Managers sponsored by you.

• Develop a short-term rental management service for villas, high-end apartments, and distinctive accommodations.
