This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance the concierge service in your local community.

• Identify and secure management agreements with property owners.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally, create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Cultivate a short-term rental management service for villas, upscale apartments, and distinctive properties.

• Must have independent or freelance status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Driven and determined to create a recurring, long-term income.

• Capable of working independently with the backing of a structured network.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is not mandatory.

• No specific degree, certification, or minimum years of experience required.
