📋 Description

• Establish and grow your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Seek out and secure management agreements with property owners looking to delegate the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Autonomously manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially cultivate a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Launch a short-term rental management business in your locality.

• Must have independent/freelance status.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust with them.

• Drive to create an entrepreneurial venture.

• Ability to operate independently while being supported by a structured network.

• Interest in developing a long-term, sustainable income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
