This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services venture under the ALB brand.

• Create and cultivate a concierge services business in your locality.

• Seek out and sign property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• When applicable, establish a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive and handle property-owner inquiries in your area via the ALB platform.

• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during times of absence.

• Status as an independent contractor or self-employed individual.

• Capability to persuade property owners and foster trust.

• Drive to develop a self-sustaining business.

• Aspirations to generate a recurring long-term income.

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Extensive training provided.
