This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the property concierge business within your locality.

• Identify and secure agreements with property owners looking to delegate the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently oversee a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital solutions.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers with your sponsorship.

• Operate the business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner requests in your region.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Drive and ability to nurture an entrepreneurial venture.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related industries is advantageous.

• Aspiration for independence with the backing of a structured network.
