📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a property concierge services business within your local region.

• Seek out and secure property owners who are interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Develop and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Operate your business via the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.
