📋 Description

• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the property concierge business within your region.

• Seek out and secure property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Create a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and distinctive accommodations.
