Real Estate City Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the local market by securing new properties for management.

• Oversee the management of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and distinctive properties.

• Supervise property operations, which encompass cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and distribution across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and coordinate a local network of service providers.

• Delegate management of the portfolio during absences by utilizing the ALB Vacation System.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions based on their activities.

• Must operate as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Capability to persuade property owners and cultivate trusted relationships.

• Self-motivated and autonomous.

• Interest in creating a long-term recurring income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or similar fields is beneficial, but not mandatory.

• Extensive training will be provided.

• Ability to start at your own pace.
