• Establish and nurture your local network consisting of agencies, referrers, and partners

• Obtain buyer representation agreements

• Identify the most promising opportunities, both on-market and off-market

• Coordinate property viewings

• Negotiate solely in the best interests of your clients

• Assist clients through the signing process

• Operate independently within a structured framework
