📋 Description

• Showcase properties, conduct open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients based on your availability.

• Attract clients, particularly during weekends.

• Work without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closing deals.

• Operate remotely in the field with no requirement for office visits.

• Submit an application and take part in a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

• License must be affiliated exclusively with Redfin.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will operate.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Must operate as an independent contractor (1099).
