Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients based on your availability.

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends.

• Operate in a no-pressure environment without sales quotas, contracts, or closings.

• Work remotely in the field with no requirement for office visits.

• Complete an application and undergo a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be employed.

• Commit to exclusively affiliating your license with Redfin.

• Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be prepared to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Must have a dependable mode of transportation.

• Ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
