• A valid real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• A dependable means of transportation.

• Capability to travel within your designated market area.

• Background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
